We decided to take our hottest hot sauce and make it even hotter. In 2019 the normal version took home 3rd place in NC’s Hottest Hot Sauce Competition, so obviously I had to triplicate that by adding in some homegrown 7 Pot Yellow Caribbean Peppers, and just a smidge of Xanthan Gum for the perfect pouring consistency! Don't Believe it's a 15/5 Heat Level, than try it for yourself we know you will enjoy the flavor regardless.
